3. Orders and Pricing

Contract Formation: A legally binding contract is only formed between us when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) but may exclude delivery charges, which will be clearly stated before checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
Errors: In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment card charged. If your card has been charged, a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping options to specified destinations. While we make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout, delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs clearance issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. 5. Right to Cancel & Returns (UK Consumer Law)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving your product, for any reason.

Cancellation Notice: To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly via email within the 14-day window.
Return Conditions: You must return the product to us securely packaged, in its original condition and packaging, without delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your cancellation.
Return Costs: Unless the product is faulty, you are responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the item to our designated return facility.
Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

6. Faulty Goods and Warranties

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any product we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to an immediate full refund or a replacement.
If a manufacturing fault develops after 30 days but within 6 months of delivery, we reserve the right to repair or replace the product in the first instance. If a repair or replacement is not possible, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.
This warranty does not cover defects caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the provided setup and technical instructions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under English law.
